Senate Order 192 (Murray Motion) on Departmental and Agency Contracts for the 2016 Calendar Year

Pursuant to the Senate Order on non-corporate Commonwealth entity contracts, the following outlines NBA contracts entered into by the National Blood Authority which provides for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more and;

  1. was not fully performed as at 31 December 2015, or
  2. was entered into during the 12 months prior to 31 December 2015

Estimated Cost of complying with this order

The estimated cost of complying with this order, based on hourly rate calculation for each level of officer involved in the process, is less than $1,000.

Contracts information

In the 2016 Calendar Year (1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016) the Department identified 5 Grant contracts with individual values of over $100,00 (GST inclusive).

Where the NBA purchases goods and services, the Standard Conditions of Contract for NBA Procurement of Goods and Services will apply, unless the NBA has chosen to offer a different contract in its approach to market, or the NBA has given specific prior agreement in writing that other contract terms will apply.
